RULES:
- First Come, First Serve.- Auditions may be held if excessive entries received.
- Songs/Items should pertain to category. Exceptions made at discretion of organizers. Decisions of organizers is final.
- This may include remixes/mixed category at discretion of Organizers.NOTE: Music may be stopped & result in Disqualification if rule is violated.
- Parallel sessions may be held depending on entries and time constraints.
- Penalty and/or disqualification will result if time limit exceeded. Duration of the item cannot exceed 6 mins.
- Artists are expected to report early for check-in and be ON-TIME for their performance & provide their own Tapes/CD’s music-cued etc. Please collect them once finished.
- Each artist is allowed one item WITHIN one category. Artists can participate in different categories and Juniors may perform in Senior category if needed.
- If there are less than 3 entries per category, only one main prize may be awarded
- .Everyone has to buy a ticket. Participants will get participant tickets. No refunds
- Parents, Makeup artists and well-wishers are expected to purchase tickets. If a child occupies a seat, they need to have a ticket.
- Extra decorations will have to be cleared by organizers. No candles/diyas allowed. You bring any decorations, equipment, clothes, jewelry, etc. at your own risk.
- No vulgarities, Obscenities etc. are allowed at this family event. Immediate disqualification and expulsion of the person(s) will result.
- Rules may be changed at the discretion of the organizers without advance notice.
- All decisions of the judges and all rules & interpretations of the organizers are final.
- You are responsible for all items, equipment, music, clothes AND members of your group. Please ensure their safety.
I indemnify all claims against the organizers- in event of any injury caused by or during the participants of the above event. I agree to honor and abide by all the rules and agree to accept the decision of the judges and Organizers as final.
